Banana Walnut Cacao (GF)

One of our GF pancake batters!  We add flax seeds and chia seeds instead of ingredients like eggs and butter, but believe me, there is nothing lost in the translation!  There is a delicious and subtle crunch with the chopped organic walnuts and organic cacao nibs (like a healthier-version of chocolate chips).

This batter is not for the sweet tooth (check out our Banana Chocolate Chip for that) as we do not add sugar and instead, sweeten a bit with dates (there is a small amount of coconut sugar in the coconut milk we use).

Rich and filling!

While we are careful not to contaminate our pancake batter with any gluten, and use only gluten-free ingredients, we are not yet certified and understand the risks of consuming gluten with Celiac Disease. Please stand by as we pursue our Gluten-Free certification.
