GF Athlete's Superfood:

This is a nutrient-packed pancake full of superfoods. We fold our gluten free batter with bananas, chopped walnuts, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, raw cacao, and reishi mushroom powder.  We do not add any sugar (there is a tiny bit in the coconut milk we use). 

It has a bit of sweetness from the banana and dates, but the thick, chewy texture is the part that keeps you coming back for more.  These will keep you powered up when you are exercising, training, or on-the-go!

Top with peanut butter for a healthy indulgence! 

GF Banana Buckwheat:

Comes in a 32oz squeezable pouch.  Product is frozen and dated with frozen shelf-life. Please defrost on the countertop or in the refrigerator and cook within 5 days of defrosting. If it looks like you are not going to make the whole batch within 5 days - just cook the rest of the pancakes and freeze them for later!  Pop the cooked pancakes in the toaster oven or microwave to enjoy them from frozen.

While we are careful not to contaminate our pancake batter with any gluten, and use only gluten-free ingredients, we are not yet certified and understand the risks of consuming gluten with Celiac Disease. Please stand by as we pursue our Gluten-Free certification.

*Please note we are transitioning our packaging to pouches away from jars. Our goals in doing this are to:

• Decrease glass buildup in landfills
• Decrease weight for transportation (lower energy use)
• Avoid packaging breakage (less waste)
• Fewer dishes (better customer satisfaction & less water use).
