Shipping policy

Because our batter is shipped frozen with ice packs, we are at the mercy of UPS and other delivery services to keep the product cool and ensure it arrives on-time.  That being said, here is how we take care of you:

  1. We ship the pancake batter frozen so that it can defrost in-transit and be ready-to-eat for 5-7 days after arrival.
  2. We deliver with our own team whenever possible to ensure quality over local orders.
  3. We only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure that orders don't sit on a truck over a weekend.
  4. We may delay shipping if weather is especially hot here in L.A. or at your destination.
  5. You pay for shipping, so we promise to replace the product if it arrives spoiled (at our own expense).
