These Guava Strawberry pancakes are absolutely delicious! They are light, fluffy and perfectly golden brown. Each bite melts in your mouth with just the right balance of sweetness. I top them with Chaga Maple. A mst try for any pancake lover!

If you haven't had Zen Stax pancakes...you're sleeping! I'm always on the hunt to find high quality vegan food where flavor is not sacrificed and there aren't a bunch of horrible ingredients...I've been buying this batter about once a week, and since the batter is already made and mixed together you literally just pour it directly onto your pan/griddle.
