Meyer Lemon Coconut

A seasonal, not-too-sweet treat, this batter is made with hand-zested Meyer lemons (often from our own backyard), the juice from those lemons, and thick, delicious coconut cream.

Batter is enhanced with flax seeds and chia seeds.

This 32 oz jar will make about 14 6" pancakes (or feed a very hungry family of 4).
